Matz Sels signed a new Nottingham Forest contract after becoming one of the key figures in the club’s European qualification season.

Goalkeeper deals can sometimes pass quietly, but this one carried a clear football message. Sels had brought calmness and consistency to an important position, finishing the 2024-25 Premier League season as joint Golden Glove winner with 13 clean sheets.
