Nottingham Forest issued supporter information for Wembley as the club prepared for the Championship play-off final against Huddersfield Town.

The article was not a match report, but it belonged to one of the most emotional weeks in modern Forest history. After years outside the Premier League, supporters were preparing for a trip to Wembley with promotion finally within reach.

The guide covered practical details for the journey and the stadium, but its wider meaning came from the occasion. Forest were one match away from returning to the top flight, and the build-up had the feeling of a club and fanbase moving together toward a defining day.

For supporters, the information marked another step in the Wembley countdown. The real football came two days later, when Forest beat Huddersfield Town 1-0 at Wembley through a Levi Colwill own goal and secured promotion back to the Premier League after 23 years away.
